Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of advanced IT application development principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices sufficient to develop and interpret policies, procedures and strategies governing the planning and delivery of software applications and services. And you must have IT-related experience demonstrating the following four competencies: 1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. 2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. 3. - You will troubleshoot and resolves complex technical problems throughout the entire systems development lifecycle.
- You will receive, analyze, assign, and tracks errors in the daily support of new and existing Angular, Java, JavaScript/NodeJS, Python, C/C++, and .Net web applications.
- You will develop, coordinate, test, and implement major software upgrades, security patches, and mandatory changes that are required on all supported applications.
- You will ensure information assurance policies, procedures and standards are enforced and implemented in the software development lifecycle.
- You will evaluate system acquisition/implementation designs and plans ensuring that information assurance measures and requirements have been integrated and met.
