About the Role: The Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) serves as the primary project manager for assigned task orders under the contract. This role works closely with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Task Order Managers, the CAGE Program Manager, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the TOPM is responsible for the overall management, execution, and successful delivery of assigned task order(s), ensuring that technical solutions, schedules, and performance objectives are implemented effectively and in a timely manner.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
- Serve as the lead project manager for assigned task orders
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders including the KO, COR, Task Order Managers, and Program Management Office
- Manage task order execution, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Ensure technical solutions align with contract requirements and customer objectives
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery
- Support reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management or relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility in the IT and/or consulting fields (public and/or private sector)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility in the IT and/or consulting fields (public and/or private sector)
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:
- Project Management Certification required (e.g., PMP or other nationally recognized equivalent certification)
Other Required Skills & Abilities:
- Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
- Experience managing multiple concurrent task orders
- Familiarity with government contracting environments
- Experience working with KO/COR environments and compliance-driven programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination skills
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
