The Project Manager (Cybersecurity / IT) leads planning, coordination, and delivery oversight of complex federal cybersecurity and IT initiatives in support of the Treasury/IRS ENISE program. This role ensures projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with federal cybersecurity requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of cybersecurity and IT projects supporting the Treasury/IRS ENISE program.
- Manage project scope, requirements, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple technical workstreams.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, system administrators, architects, and other technical specialists to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, and governance documentation in compliance with federal and organizational standards.
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder briefings, program updates, and performance reports.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, track issues, and ensure timely follow‑through.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, obstacles, and schedule constraints.
- Maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders, internal teams, and contractor personnel.
- Ensure all project activities comply with federal cybersecurity policies, regulations, and audit requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Must be a US citizen with an active Public Trust (MBI) clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
- 7+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years supporting federal programs.
- Experience leading cybersecurity and/or IT modernization initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent project efforts.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Treasury, IRS, or other financial/federal agencies.
- Familiarity with NIST frameworks, federal cybersecurity compliance, and governance requirements.
- Experience working in an Agile, DevSecOps, or hybrid delivery environment.
