Position Summary
The SharePoint Analyst supports the design, configuration, and delivery of business solutions using SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. This role works closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, scalable collaboration and workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
-Design, implement, and support SharePoint and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Canvas Apps, Power Automate).
- Gather and analyze requirements, define scope, and develop solution designs and documentation.
- Translate business processes into SharePoint-based workflows, forms, and automation.
- Support testing, deployment, user training, and adoption.
- Review and recommend technical approaches to ensure efficient use of platform capabilities.
- Develop and maintain standards, templates, and best practices.
- Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research and recommend new M365 and Power Platform features and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate.
- Experience gathering requirements and designing business solutions.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- IAT Level II certification or SharePoint-related certification (or ability to obtain)
