Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
  • Analyze and synthesize multisource intelligence, developing and disseminating actionable all-source products that inform timely decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead the team in conducting thorough threat/vulnerability assessments, proactively monitoring the integration and performance of existing and newly deployed intelligence platforms.
  • Supervise and guide two OAI Management functions, setting clear performance expectations, promoting collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards in intelligence relay and monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy by implementing process improvements, adopting emerging analytic tools, and streamlining workflows through automation and cross-team collaboration.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on intelligence integration and analytic best practices. Train, mentor, and advise team members, raising the level of collective expertise and operational readiness.
  • Direct and optimize the end-to-end processes of intelligence collection, production, and dissemination, ensuring data and findings flow seamlessly between analysts, operators, and decision-makers.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
  • 7 years experience in intelligence analysis, integration, or operations, including leadership or supervisory roles.
  • 1+ years experience integrating collection, production, and dissemination across all-source intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT)
  • 1+ years experience delivering comprehensive threat assessments and analytic intelligence products to senior audiences
  • 1+ years experience with intelligence platforms and analytic tools (e.g., DCGS-A, Palantir, i2 Analyst's Notebook, ArcGIS, classified data networks)
  • Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Direct experience integrating innovative analytic tools or leading technology transitions within intelligence operations.
  • Prior service or significant work with military, interagency, or multinational intelligence teams.
  • Professional certifications related to intelligence analysis or management (e.g., CIP, PMP).
  • Experience with change management or agile methodologies in intelligence settings.


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
