Responsibilities for the Federal Partner Manager include:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners and federal systems integrators to expand market presence within DoD and civilian agencies.
- Develop and execute joint GTM strategies and partner business plans to drive partner-sourced revenue growth.
- Manage a portfolio of VARs, resellers, and integrators, ensuring they are fully enabled to sell and implement CUAS solutions.
- Provide sales enablement support including technical presentations, solution demos, proposal development, and account mapping.
- Lead capture planning with partners for major federal procurements and meet annual bookings targets across the assigned federal territory.
Required Qualifications for the Federal Partner Manager include:
- 5+ years of experience in federal sales, partner management, or business development supporting DoD and federal agencies.
- Experience with federal contracting processes, GTM strategy development, CRM systems, and CUAS/RF/cyber-related technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven success in achieving bookings targets through partner channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Compensation for the Federal Partner Manager includes:
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
