Summary

DAS LLC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide direct operational and administrative support to Project Manager Command & Control Data & Artificial Intelligence (PM C2 Data & AI) and other senior leaders at the O-6 level. The selected individual will manage staffing actions, track internal and external suspense's, taskers, and official correspondence across multiple functional areas to ensure timely execution, senior-level visibility, and mission success.

This role requires close coordination with government leadership, staff, and external stakeholders while operating independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Track, manage, and ensure accurate and timely responses to all tasks, assignments, and suspense's received across the organization.
  • Provide direct operational support to O-6-level leadership, ensuring accurate information flow, situational awareness, and executive decision support.
  • Support organizational planning and project management efforts; define, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other written processes.
  • Ensure integrated and coordinated short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning for assigned projects, initiatives, and taskers.
  • Initiate, develop, revise, recommend, and implement policies, plans, procedures, and directives in support of operational requirements.
  • Identify existing or potential operational problem areas and recommend corrective actions to leadership.
  • Prepare and coordinate executive-level briefings, reports, and correspondence for senior leadership engagements.
  • Advise leadership on assigned programs, objectives, and initiatives; provide analytical and operational recommendations as required.
  • Collaborate internally and externally to support stakeholder engagements, briefings, reports, and program activities.
  • Perform detailed planning for complex management projects, issues, and initiatives.
  • Support risk analysis and tracking of cost, schedule, and performance metrics for assigned projects and programs.
  • Maintain calendars, action trackers, and documentation to ensure accountability and deadline compliance.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Associate's degree or two-year technical degree
  • Demonstrated experience providing operations support at the O-6 level or higher
  • Minimum of four (4) years of operations-related experience; four (4) years of translatable military service may be substituted for civilian experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
