What You'll Do:

As the Training Software Support Analyst, you will join a highly talented team of professionals supporting NAVAIR's Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262). In this role you will be responsible for an array of tasks in support of the Training Systems LSE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating training system concurrence with the aircraft with delivery of future software releases.
  • Performing continuous on-site liaison and coordination with the PMA-262 class desk and SSA Integration and Test team on MCS software changes and future aircraft capabilities and improvements for impacts to the MSTs, MASTs, electronic classrooms, and maintenance trainers.
  • Monitoring and assessing the MQ-4C Triton MCS and aircraft hardware/software obsolescence impacts on MST, MASTs, electronic classrooms, and maintenance trainers.
  • Performing continuous liaison and coordination of GFI/GFS/GFE among PMA-262 SSA, SimDiv, CACI, and ASEC to facilitate Speed to the Fleet initiatives resulting from MCS/aircraft modifications.
  • Ensuring the GFI/GFS/GFE from MCS/aircraft modifications has the required/correct software, software versions, and documentation to be provided to SimDiv and CACI.
  • Participating in Classified meetings with PMA-262 stakeholders in support of capabilities in IFC-4 and future capabilities.
  • Participating scheduled and ad-hoc system design related meetings in support of ECPs, TDs, prototype messages, and software configuration management.
  • Monitoring and providing inputs to the configuration management of the MQ-4C Triton training systems.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications

  • Prior MPRA Fleet deployment experience as an operator on EP-3, P-8A, or MQ-4C platforms, serving in an Electronic Warfare (EW) Operator, Tactical Coordinator (TACCO), or SEVAL role.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret MCS software changes and planned aircraft capability enhancements, and assess their impacts on Mission Systems Trainers (MSTs), Maintenance and Systems Trainers (MASTs), electronic classrooms, and maintenance training devices.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous NAVAIR test & evaluation experience.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Salary Range:

  • The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000, commensurate with an individual's experience, qualifications, and skill set. ASEC is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation.
