You will be the Subcontract Management for the GMLRS Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from beginning to end, ensuring timely delivery of quality products to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for managing minor subcontracts and serving as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering and managing minor subcontracts from proposal through execution and close out

  • Collaborating with the supply chain operations team to generate RFP packages, analyze subcontractor proposals, and negotiate price and terms

  • Coordinating subcontractor invoicing and monitoring performance against contract requirements

  • Working with Finance on baselining and sales forecasting activities

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Supply Chain, logistics, or project management experience
• Proficient at creating and presenting using Microsoft Office Tools
• Must have the ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to support supplier meetings and milestone events
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or S4 Hana
• Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering, as they relate to subcontract management
• Strong communication skills
• Split award procurements
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
