Description:
You will be the Data Management Engineer for the Integrated Engineering & Production Team. Our team partners with Engineering, Quality, and Production to analyse proposed engineering changes and maintain rigorous modification record control so that every data deliverable meets contract requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Data Management Engineer you will be the central hub for contract driven data requirements, overseeing the end to end flow of CDRL/SDRL information. You'll work side by side with Integrated Product Teams, drive change control processes, and ensure that all data is captured, tracked, and released in compliance with our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyze Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) and Sub contractor Data Requirements Lists (SDRL) for compatibility with contract & task objectives.
• Load, update, and maintain CDRL/SDRL tracking tools and associated web portals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams and data owners to guarantee on time submittals.
• Review, release, and control documents within the PLM repository.
• Establish change orders, prepare documentation for change authorization, and support Change Control Board (CCB) activities.
• Administer the Data Management Assistant Tool (DMAT) database, sustaining accurate SDRL recording, reporting, and subcontract number assignments.
• Develop, revise, and enforce Data Management Plans, policies, and procedures across the site.
• Facilitate the transition to the next generation CDM tool suite.
• Act as the technical liaison between the SBF site and other Lockheed Martin locations for system configuration issues.
• Lead small project teams or initiatives when opportunities arise.

Basic Qualifications:
- 4 Year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with markings, formatting and handling of documentation.
- Experience in reading engineering drawings and documentation.
- Proven ability in processing CDRLs/SDRLs in accordance with the Contract SOW, 1423s, and DD250s, and in accordance with the applicable Industry Standards.
- Ability to ensure that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with PTC Windchill PLM
• Experience with Atlassian Jira

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
