MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain Secret clearance .
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience and a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, etc.)
• Ability to learn computer interface and perform basic business functions including application of cost analysis principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel - Possess the capacity for the development and use of pivot tables, as well as other advanced Excel applications.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills:
• Masters in Business Administration or similar.
• Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver, attention to detail.
• Working Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and manage program cost baselines and perform Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis for subcontracts and material.
- Process budgets, sales forecasts, and support proposal pricing activities.
- Conduct mining and data analysis to identify issues, trends, and present findings to program teams.
- Interface with program personnel, finance, and Global Supply Chain (GSC) stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Provide analytical support for GSC labor and travel inputs and assist with proposal reviews.
