While we are part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies.
The Work
The System Test Team is responsible for planning and analyzing every MDS ground and flight test in which the C2BMC program participates. Flight tests are executed with predetermined sensors and shooters, while international events combine a variety of ground and flight tests.
The System Test Engineer leads the planning of all assigned test events, focusing on the development and implementation of required test artifacts such as test objectives, architectures, Data Item Descriptions, defense designs, Sensor Resource Management (SRM) settings, operational tasking data link (OPTASKLINK) and Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) configurations, forwarding tables, CDS, TDACS, TRAUT TDACS, communications connectivity matrices, Event Configuration Baselines (ECB), system-adjustable and site-specific parameters, BDR/PR applicability, and certification data packages. Additional responsibilities include supporting planning-phase reviews, customer boards, data management, developer interfaces, government personnel during execution, anomaly resolution, analysis groups, and Failure Review Boards (FRBs).
Please Note:
• This position requires a government security clearance at the Secret level; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
