Job Description:
Location: Honolulu, HI
Clearance Needed: Top Secret/SCI
Are you ready for a challenge that will meld military operations with the field of big data analytics? Do you have experience creating product roadmaps and managing implementation in highly dynamic environments (e.g. across multiple COCOMs)? Imagine yourself working on top-level, critical mission sets alongside other seasoned professionals. Parsons is now hiring a Product Manager with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Partner with a Government Product Owner; Define product implementation pathways through strategic planning and the development of concept papers, roadmaps, POAMs, etc. for Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) efforts
• Identify, anticipate, coordinate, track, and ensure delivery of planned technical taskings in alignment with operational requirements while ensuring stakeholders are kept well-informed of technical progress
• Liaise between CCMD directorates, primarily Operations, on behalf of the customer; Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into achievable milestones and deliverables
• Work closely with the technical development team to maintain currency on platform development, capabilities, and delivery schedules in secure Government Cloud environments (AWS)
• Ensure compliance with program constraints and validate that product development aligns with strategic objectives, milestones, and delivery timelines
• Monitor and track key metrics to drive optimization, growth, and strategic communications
• Employ excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner
Required Education/Experience:
• 10+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in relevant field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
• 10+ years' experience working in product management or relevant field
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar Certifications
• Familiarity in applying data-driven solutions
• Experience supporting a COCOM Directorate
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Maintain a U.S. Passport
Preferred Experience:
• Demonstrable data literacy and familiarity with both data analytics and DoW initiatives to adopt and employ AI
• Exposure to senior positions across multiple COCOMs
• J5, J35 or CCMD-equivalent experience
• Experience briefing GOFO-level leadership
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
