Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, support, product, data teams) to understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate with internal and third-party systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems that improve operational efficiency, internal workflows, and customer-facing functions.
Required Experience/Clearance
- Active TS/SCI++
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology or other relevant technical field.
- Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology.
- Ten (10)+ years of architecture and engineering experience in the IC.
- Six (6) years of experience in architecting and engineering classified IC systems.
- Three (3) years of experience using C2C or C2E to deliver technical solutions
Desired Experience
- Master's degree in technical field
- Experience with Agile PM tools such as Jira or Confluence
- 10+ years' experience working in the IC.
- Experience programming with AngularJS, JavaScript, JAVA, HTML, CSS
- Experience with relational databases and NoSQL data solutions, SQL, and other query languages
