Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document unit and functional test procedures to support software system testing and validation.
  • Ensure test documentation supports repeatability, standards compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Provide usability and functionality feedback to Sponsor development teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Users, Stakeholders, and Sponsor, resolving issues at the lowest practical level.
  • Investigate, document, track, and resolve incidents, inquiries, and service requests using Sponsor systems.
  • Build trusted relationships through timely, clear, and collaborative communication.
  • Elicit and document user requirements, including new features, workflows, and enhancements.
  • Develop or contribute to user guides, training materials, and outreach sessions.
  • Promote application features and capabilities to support user adoption.
  • Ensure systems and enhancements meet performance, availability, and security SLAs.
  • Maintain compliance with Sponsor Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) processes.


Required Experience/Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI++
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance, Functional Testing, and/or Application Support
  • Experience testing Single-Page Applications (SPAs), performing UI testing, and documenting and reporting test results
  • Experience documenting test procedures and results and collaborating with developers to track new features and resolve failed tests
  • Experience serving as a primary point of contact for application users, providing support, and building rapport across a diverse user base.
  • Experience promoting and communicating application features and capabilities to users.
  • Experience working with users and stakeholders to elicit new features, workflows, and functional requirements.
  • Experience using JIRA to support Agile development processes


Desired Experience
  • Experience supporting Sponsor cyber operations mission applications
  • Familiarity with Sponsor cyber operations user and training requirements.
  • Experience facilitating outreach, training sessions, or brown bags to present technical features or digital tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively on multi-disciplinary application development teams
