Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps.
  • Experience in enterprise technology procurement and architecting large-scale, global distributed cloud systems.
  • Experience implementing, migrating or supporting live AI environments on a public cloud with core production strategies.
  • Ability to rapidly adopt emerging cloud technologies and methodologies
  • Ability to deliver results by orchestrating multi-product solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to drive and influence audiences and identify expansion engagements within accounts.

The Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team guides customers through the moments that matter most in their cloud journey to help businesses thrive. In this role, you will ensure quality for your team's customer engagements, developing relationships with key stakeholders internally/externally that will help your team deliver on the customer's technical requirements and business goals through AI and Cloud infrastructure. You will value successful delivery and execution on customer engagements and will lead your team through challenging implementations to deliver on customer missions.

You will support Advisors in establishing deep and lasting customer relationships, delivering both proactive and reactive guidance on customer technical issues and helping to track, escalate, and aid in the remediation of technical challenges. You will share best practices with your counterparts in other regions and will place an emphasis on shared success across the team and across regions. You will be comfortable in a fast-changing atmosphere, have a desire to learn, and, most importantly, love working with Google products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$263,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of high performance Cloud and AI engineers. Provide team leadership, technical delivery and advisory for the broader team.
  • Create reusable artifacts and delivery for public sector customers. Advise and deliver code to deliver public sector missions as part of the larger Google delivery team.
  • Work with go-to-market, delivery and our public sector customers to design, architect and deliver outcomes to further public sector missions.
  • Provide deep domain expertise in AI, serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, resolving deployment obstacles, and deploying AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and external partners to manage and deliver successful cloud AI solutions through discussions, strategic presentations/recommendations, and implementation in Google Cloud environments.
