Job Position: All Source Analyst (Journeyman)
Location: Molesworth, UK
Clearance: TS/SCI
Job Description:
As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst , you will leverage your deep functional expertise and strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality, all-source intelligence products focused on the operational environment. You will support dynamic intelligence requirements by producing timely, accurate analysis and providing briefing support to senior stakeholders.
Drawing on a comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, intelligence production cycles, publication standards, and Intelligence Community writing styles and formats, you will develop strategic-level assessments addressing political and military issues, capabilities, and emerging developments within the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) . Your analysis will inform decision-making and operational planning at senior levels.
As a subject-matter authority, you will be relied upon to deliver thorough, well-reasoned intelligence products while maintaining the highest analytic and tradecraft standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source intelligence analysis on political, military, and security developments within the EUCOM AOR
- Produce strategic-level intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings
- Apply Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft, writing standards, and publication formats
- Respond to evolving intelligence requirements with accuracy and timeliness
- Brief clients and stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Serve as a trusted expert and advisor on assigned intelligence topics
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working in IC and Combatant Command environments
- Demonstrated performance developing high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal oral briefings
- Experience applying ICD 203/203 analytic tradecraft standards to strategic intelligence production
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all source analysis OR 7+ years of experience in all source analysis in lieu of degree
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Western Europe or Aegean political military affairs or military capability
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence IC policies with regards to finish intelligence production
- Knowledge of EUCOM AOR
