Responsibilities
Technical Delivery: Understand customer requirements and constraints through direct customer engagement and coach your team through all aspects of delivery and pre-sales to deliver successful customer outcomes. Participate in workforce capacity planning and hiring, aligned to business need.
Readiness: Support company tech intensity by readying yourself and your team to achieve the relevant certification(s) and accreditation(s) in alignment with Industry/Solution Area and business need.
Operational Excellence: Drive customer focused operational excellence through adherence to processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Change Management: Understand, communicate, and land the Industry Solutions business strategy/priorities.
Managerial & Leadership: Adhere to the Model, Coach, Care framework, Leadership Principles and Microsoft's Values to attract, develop, retain talent and deliver results through teamwork as One Microsoft. Deliver success through empowerment and coaching that supports employees through change; help the team adapt and learn.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 6+ years experience in consulting/professional services delivery, project management, practice management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
3+ years people management experience.

Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

8+ years customer facing experience or client delivery experience
8+ years people management experience
Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics)

Consulting Project Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $122,500 - $214,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $154,500 - $231,700 per year.
