Security Clearance:

• Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, Review, and Analyze Information: Gather and evaluate information to support Government decision-making.
• Develop Solutions to Problems: Identify issues within the organization and develop actionable solutions to address them.
• Organizational Understanding: Understand the nature of the organization, including its internal structure and external relationships.
• Prepare Reports and Presentations: Prepare detailed written reports and deliver oral presentations of findings and recommendations.
• Interview and Observation: Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to gather relevant data.
• Support Implementation of Recommendations: Assist in implementing the suggestions made based on analysis and recommendations.
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze relevant data, which may include financials, employment, or operational metrics, and develop mathematical models to support recommendations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on analysis and recommendations.

Experience Requirements:

• 7 years of professional experience in program/project management or related fields.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
