Job Description
Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Web Project Manager to support mission-critical web strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, hands-on technical expertise, and a proven ability to manage complex web and application environments across Azure and on-premises infrastructures.
Position Responsibilities
• Lead and manage web strategy, operations, and delivery for enterprise websites and related systems.
• Develop business plans and manage annual budgets for website functions and initiatives.
• Oversee staff planning, resource allocation, and service delivery to meet project objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities with a focus on content creation and website maintenance.
• Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and professional development.
• Manage and deliver technical projects for Ivanit, SBM, and related systems across Azure and on-prem environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Contribute hands-on to application development, supporting feature delivery and resolving complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, and RMF requirements.
• Oversee system monitoring, logging, performance, uptime, and incident response readiness.
• Manage release processes, including versioning, approvals, and deployment coordination.
• Support modernization initiatives, including containerization (Docker) and hybrid cloud strategies.
• Document system architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
Preferred Skills
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
• Hands-on development experience with ASP.NET, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL Server, API Gateway software, API creation, and HTML.
• Proficiency in Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including virtual machine management and networking.
• Strong Git/GitHub expertise, including branching strategies and code review workflows.
• Knowledge of NIST, FedRAMP, and RMF security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and managing project delivery.
• Strong understanding of automation best practices, including build, deployment, and infrastructure automation.
Qualifications
• Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
