Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Web Project Manager to support mission-critical web strategy and operations across enterprise systems.
Position Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee web strategy and day-to-day operations for enterprise websites and related systems.
Qualifications
• Master's degree with 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of Experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a plus.
• Active Secret Clearance preferred.

Job Description
Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Web Project Manager to support mission-critical web strategy and operations across enterprise systems.
Position Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee web strategy and day-to-day operations for enterprise websites and related systems.
- Develop and manage the business plan and annual budget for website functions.
- Accountable for budget oversight, staff planning, resource management, and service delivery.
- Oversee operational activities of websites, with a strong focus on content creation and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead and mentor development teams by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and supporting skill development.
- Manage and deliver technical projects for Ivanit, SBM, and related systems across Azure and on-premises environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure processes to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Contribute hands-on to application development, supporting feature delivery and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, and RMF requirements.
- Oversee system monitoring, logging, performance, uptime, and incident response readiness.
- Manage release processes, including versioning, approvals, and deployment coordination.
- Support modernization initiatives, including containerization (Docker) and hybrid cloud strategies.
- Document system architecture, processes, and operational procedures as required.
