The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking a Strategic Design & Experience Lead (SDEL) to serve as a primary design thought partner and customer experience strategist. This role bridges outreach and engagement (the program) and IT/Cyber/Data operations (the program) by driving human-centered design, interpreting user insights, and enabling modern, accessible, data-informed digital service experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Government's primary design thought partner and customer experience strategist under the Task Order.
  • Bridge the program (Digital Services) and the program (IT, Cybersecurity, and Data) to drive innovation in information and service delivery.
  • Foster human-centered design and guide creative and brand strategy.
  • Interpret customer feedback and user insights to inform experience improvements.
  • Enable modern, accessible, and data informed customer experiences across platforms.


Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of eight years of experience leading human-centered design or user experience efforts for digital platforms.
  • A minimum of five years of experience conducting user research, usability testing, and service design for Government or enterprise systems.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Government digital services with diverse user populations.
  • Experience integrating accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG) into design practices.


Education Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in design, human factors, psychology, or related field.
