Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Government's primary design thought partner and customer experience strategist under the Task Order.
- Bridge the program (Digital Services) and the program (IT, Cybersecurity, and Data) to drive innovation in information and service delivery.
- Foster human-centered design and guide creative and brand strategy.
- Interpret customer feedback and user insights to inform experience improvements.
- Enable modern, accessible, and data informed customer experiences across platforms.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of eight years of experience leading human-centered design or user experience efforts for digital platforms.
- A minimum of five years of experience conducting user research, usability testing, and service design for Government or enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting large-scale Government digital services with diverse user populations.
- Experience integrating accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG) into design practices.
Education Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in design, human factors, psychology, or related field.
