This role is responsible for program execution, personnel oversight, reporting, risk management, and ensuring contract performance across integrated outreach, digital services, and technical workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of the Task Order.
- Oversee all contractor personnel supporting the Task Order, ensuring staffing, performance, and delivery expectations are met.
- Lead program governance including weekly status meetings, risk/issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage program reporting, metrics, deliverables, and internal/external communications.
- Coordinate transition-in and transition-out planning to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.
Position Requirements:
- Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- A minimum of seven years of experience managing military community support programs.
- A minimum of five years of experience leading large teams in the delivery of user-centered digital solutions within military or Government sectors.
Education Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, management, or other field related to work under this requirement.
