Blu Omega is seeking a Mendix Developer who can resolve a problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. Responsibilities:
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using Mendix low-code platform
- Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using technologies like C#, .NET, and SQL/PostgreSQL
- Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, ensure secure deployments, and drive continuous improvement
- Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while recommending design and architectural improvements
- Support application development and deployment within AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools for scalability and reliability
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design discussions, and apply emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team efficiency and delivery
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
- 3+ years of experience developing and deploying enterprise web and mobile applications using the Mendix low-code platform
- Experience with Postgres SQL databases, familiarity with NoSQL technologies
- Experience with operations and maintenance to support ongoing technical needs for external and internal system needs
- Experience with on-premises server infrastructure and cloud-based solution best practices
- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code) for assisted development
- Experience working in an Agile scrum team
- Ability to use back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have:
- Experience with creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
- Experience in Azure cloud and on premises development
- Experience developing solutions with configuration tools (i.e., Microsoft Power Platform)
- Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
- Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
- Master's degree
Salary Range: $170K- $180K
