- You will serve as a senior analyst and SME assisting in managing the postal program.
- You will establish an effective communications system to provide information and guidance on the most economical and efficient class for all mail dispatched.
- You will assist Regional Postal Manager to conduct periodic training to ensure that all personnel who prepare, classify, and input mail into tracking systems are in compliance with current regulatory requirements.
- You will create and implements internal mail policies and updates to meet evolving requirements as necessary.
- You will ensure the proper use of official mail resources by establishing and maintaining controls on postal/mail expenditures.
- You will serve as the hand receipt holder for assigned postal equipment; responsible for supplies, services, and maintenance.
