Military Health Lead
The Opportunity:

Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, such as in a merger or split-up, our clients need someone who understands the complexities of their mission and provides them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard met hodologies. That's why we need you, a lead management specialist who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and use your expertise to lead efforts at giving them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.
This is an opportunity to provide professional support and joint military expertise through assistance to the military health community by reviewing critical military medical capabilities required to support the operational force and the delivery of care. This position will allow you to work with a client's organization to leverage knowledge of the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Combat Support Agency organizational structure and missions to c ond uct analysis of large-scale transformation efforts, support drafting policy and doctrine, and monitor compliance and effectiveness of military medical support, including care of active duty and other benefi cia ries. As a member of our project team, you'll work directly with experts in Service, Joint, or Defense headquarters with a full comprehension of the DoD Military Health System.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 15+ years of experience in the Military Health System at Service and Joint levels
- Experience leading transformation projects, including change management and organizational design
- Experience leading large teams with broad skill sets in high visibility environments and communicating with senior military flag officers
- Experience with Micro sof t Office
- Knowledge of Service and Joint medical doctrine and medical logistics support through the continuum of care
- Ability to work independently and perform in-depth analysis of medical doctrine, policy , plans, and operations
- Ability to communicate with senior military officers and government offi cia ls
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree
