Human Resources Analyst/Secret Clearance
DUTIES:

DUTIES:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Government support of calendared events for the HHC Human Resources Office, to include, but not limited to, as follows:
- Provide administrative support in the preparation, processing, and monitoring of scheduled award and promotion ceremonies to include deconflicting and/or otherwise processing reduction and removal board data actions for Soldiers on local promotion standing lists.
- Prepare and monitor the status of requests for military reductions, transfers, and discharges.
- Assist in the preparation of military personnel actions, advising units on personnel and pay questions, and preparing pay and other common reports within the Human Resources field.
- Assist with the processing of actions in IPSA (eMilpo and MEDPROS)
- Provide administrative support in the preparation and processing of scheduled Deployment for Training packets.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation and processing of scheduled, Government-approved leaves and permissive TDY requests.
- Provide administrative support for the review, assessment, sustainment, and updating of the database for personnel actions, personnel processing, training, reassignments, personnel accounting and strength management, transition processing, meal cards, and unit administration.
- Provide administrative support for all input and control data relative to the review and reconciliation of generated reports pertinent to the unit. This will require the contractor to document reportable changes, category, duty status codes, and other documentation required for transactions (for example TDY status, leave status, Absent Without Leave (AWOL) etc. IAW AR 600-8-6).
- Provide administrative support for the maintenance of the monthly manpower review report for military, Department of the Army Civilian (DACs), and contractor personnel to Table of Distribution and Authorizations (TDA).
- Provide administrative support for the review, verification, and maintenance of personnel strength reports (daily, weekly and monthly).
- Assist the Government in the preparation and maintenance of functional files per the ARIMS.
- Assist the Government with the compilation, review, processing, and recording of weekly command and staff briefings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -
- Must have a Secret Clearance (prior accepting position)
- Bachelor's Degree in HR related field (preferred) however Bachelor's Degree in other areas (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, etc) will suffice with required experience.
- 6 years' experience in performing HR related functions, military HR systems is a preferred skillset.
