- Provide JTAC instruction from IQT, MQT, CT, RQ, and upgrade training to JTAC instructors and evaluators, simulator training, mission duties for range operations, CAS malfunction/accident/incident response and reporting, and advice/assistance to unit JTAC Program Managers (JTAC PMs) and JTAC
- Evaluator Program Managers (JTAC E-PMs) with JTAC-associated duties.
- Maintain JTAC and JTAC-I qualifications in accordance with JFS ESC AP MOA 2004-01, USSOCOM M350-5, AFSOCI 13-50, and Wing, Group, or unit guidance.
- If re-qualified or upgraded as a JTAC-E, contractors will conduct initial, recurring, Spot, no notice, and Evaluator evaluations on JTACs in accordance with USSOCOM, AFSOC, Wing, Group, and unit guidance.
- Receive initial and recurring JTAC evaluations from unit JTAC-E PM or designated JTAC-E and approved in writing by their applicable unit commander. (IAW FAR 7.503, contractors will not receive evaluations from another contractor.)
- Assist in establishing and maintaining unit JTAC academics, SOF JTAC Records Management System (SRMS), and programs in accordance with JFS ESC AP MOA 2004-01, USSOCOM M350-5, AFSOCI 13-50, and Wing, Group, or unit guidance.
- Provide instruction to JTAC trainees, JTACs, JTAC-Is, and JTAC-Es in both live and Live Virtual Constructed (LVC) environments, IAW Joint Publications, Air Force, USSOCOM, AFSOC, Wing, Group, and unit guidance.
- Attend JTAC conferences, symposiums, and meetings to ensure program continuity as required.
- Report activity and support provided monthly in a monthly status report
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Current qualification for JTAC-Instructor (JTAC-I).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Meet or exceed the security requirements outlined in DD-254 for the supported site and shall be required to access Focal Point material, including electronic accounts and media.
- Must have or have held a JTAC-I qualification rating and demonstrate a working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, local, state, and federal agencies applicable to supported JTAC functions and operations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of U.S. military command and control structures.
- Possess a valid civilian driver's license and qualify for a military driver's license for all supported equipment and vehicles.
- Demonstrate land navigation/map and compass skills sufficient to read and locate points of interest and targets, etc., using latitude, longitude, and Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) coordinates.
- Must pass an initial drug screening and submit drug testing results as required by the Government within 30 days of notification of acceptance for work on this contract. Staff shall be subject to subsequent random drug testing after award at the Government's expense.
- Ensure all contractor staff are medically qualified and can lift up to a 60-pound box.
- Maintain a medical evaluation form (physical) indicating that each staff member meets the following guidelines.
