MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network & Telephony Installer to join our team in Warrenton, VA . In this role, you will be part of a technical team responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure, including VoIP, legacy phone systems, and LAN components. You will help ensure reliable connectivity and fully operational workspaces in support of evolving mission requirements within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support all facets of network and telephony installations, including VoIP and digital phone systems, CAT5/CAT6 and fiber cabling, wall jacks, racks, patch panels, related hardware and ensuring proper cable management.
- Install, configure, and relocate endpoints-including desktop IT equipment, printers, VoIP/digital phones, and network switches-while pulling, terminating, labeling, dressing, and certifying cabling in accordance with industry, Sponsor, and build-to standards.
- Configure and support phone features including call routing, voicemail, extensions, and troubleshooting dropped calls, faulty connections, or hardware issues.
- Read and interpret network diagrams, cable run lists, floor plans, wiring schematics, port maps, and build-to packages to ensure accurate installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, workstation setups, telecommunications systems, and equipment failures.
- Perform desktop rebuilds, equipment relocations, and network drop installations to support IT infrastructure projects.
- Local travel between customer buildings and temporary assignment to alternate locations may be required to support specific project needs.
- Member of a team comprised of a variety of skills that provide coverage from 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; may need to work extended hours during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests. Early shift is not guaranteed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience, or Associate's Degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. Minimum 2 years' experience required supporting customer IT installations.
- Excellent knowledge of cabling methodologies, industry standards, troubleshooting techniques, and reading/understanding cable run lists.
- Hands-on experience installing and testing network drops, including termination, labeling, dressing, and certification.
- Experience installing endpoints such as desktop IT equipment, printers, VoIP and digital phones, and network switches.
- Experience resolving technical issues involving computer hardware, network, and telecommunications systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and network design materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Related work experience in IT hardware, cabling, network, or telecommunications installation.
- Experience implementing solutions on the Sponsor's LAN/network infrastructure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing tasks and requirements and to quickly learn new skills on the job.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 25% of the time. Constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices majority of the time, position self to maintain equipment and cabling, including under the desks, while moving floor tiles, and in server closets, some of which may be confined spaces.
- Must be able to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing 50+ pounds, some equipment may require team-lift or the use of carts. Ascends/descends a ladder, 10+ feet high while pulling cables and adjusting equipment.
