ServiceNow Technical Architect 
Location: Suitland, MD 
Required Clearance: Top Secret/SCI

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.
• Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements.
• Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.
• Collaborates with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc).
• Escalation Point for technical issues. Solution components that are outside of the ServiceNow platform.
• Escalation Point for technical issues.
• Solution components that are outside of the ServiceNow platform.
• Programmatic design.
• Security.
• Integration and data migration.
• End to End Technical Solution. 

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of design and implementation experience in IT.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Technical Architect role.
• 2+ years of experience working in ServiceNow.
