Position Description & Qualifications

Serco will provide support in the area of program management, program control and analysis support to its customer, a defense acquisition program management office which is responsible for the development, acquisition, production, fielding, and lifetime support of critical Navy systems. A hybrid work environment is acceptable; however, you must have the ability to work from PEO IWS 2.0 Program Office and various DC area organizations 2-3 times per week and travel up to 10% of the time (1-2 times per month).

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Support the APM with day-to-day program execution, coordination, and tracking across technical, cost, schedule, and performance domains for the Nulka Program
  • Support the routing, processing, tracking, and reporting of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Request for Variance (RFVs) in accordance with program and contractual requirements
  • Work directly with the CDRL Data Manager to review and adjudicate contractor-submitted comments for completeness, validity, and compliance, and route adjudicated packages to the APM and appropriate authorities for review and approval
  • Serve as a point of contact (POC) for Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC) and Integrated Product Data Management (iPDM) tools, to include user access requests, permissions management, and coordination with system administrators
  • Support the development, coordination, and execution of Task Planning and Execution Reviews (TPERs), Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs), and other formal program reviews and briefings
  • Coordinate and support weekly Nulka program working group meetings, including agenda development, meeting facilitation support, drafting presentation slides, capture meeting notes, and summarization of action items
  • Support organizational management activities for the APM and PAPM (e.g. updating organizational charts, POC lists, program schedules, dashboards, etc.)
  • Establish, maintain, and update program documentation repositories, ensuring all program artifacts, briefings, meeting records, and deliverables are properly organized and accessible in approved government systems
  • Provide analytical and admirative support for emergent Nulka Program tasking, including stakeholder briefs, data calls, and program office deliverables


Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities :

Mandatory
  • At least 3 years of experience providing program management or program analyst support
  • Possess or meet eligibility for DOD SECRET security clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, provide high quality products and services, and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment with a wide variety of programmatic/technical challenges
  • Exceptional writing and presentation abilities with strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Must be energetic, thoughtful, product-oriented, dependable, flexible, and open-minded individual with an eagerness to learn
  • Demonstrated forward thinking and proactive problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Navy
  • Experience working with DoD acquisition program office
  • Familiarity with CDRL management, configuration/change processes, and acquisition documentation
  • Experience supporting NSERC and iPDM, or similar Navy Program management and data systems
