This role is an execution engine. The Junior Consortium Analyst supports the Consortium Manager by keeping vendors, data, schedules, and communications moving on time and in the right direction. The analyst handles the operational gravity so leadership can focus on strategy, partnerships, and growth.

This is not a research-for-research’s-sake role. It’s about coordination, synthesis, follow-through, and disciplined delivery in a fast-moving government and industry consortium environment.

Key Responsibilities
The analyst will operate across four core lanes:

1. Consortium Operations
- Maintain vendor rosters, onboarding status, participation metrics, and compliance artifacts
- Track consortium activities across working groups, pilots, and deliverables
- Support quarterly vendor working groups and annual symposium execution logistics
- Keep the consortium “system of record” current and defensible
2. Data & Analysis
- Compile and normalize data from vendors, surveys, meetings, and technical inputs
- Produce basic analysis, summaries, dashboards, and briefing inputs for leadership
- Support reporting to government stakeholders and internal leadership
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and follow-up actions without being asked
3. Communications & Coordination
- Draft meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate schedules across vendors, government stakeholders, and internal teams
- Prepare briefing materials, read-aheads, and leave-behind content
- Serve as a reliable first point of contact for routine consortium inquiries
4. Execution Support
- Track milestones, deadlines, and dependencies across consortium initiatives
- Support proposal, whitepaper, and report development with research and structure
- Assist with documentation for funding, pilots, and scaling activities
- Bring order to ambiguity and signal issues early

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 0–8 years of experience in analysis, operations, program support, or consulting
- Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and structure
- High comfort level working with spreadsheets, documents, and collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping details
- Professional maturity and discretion when engaging with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to government, defense, technology, or consortium-based environments
- Familiarity with vendor management, data tracking, or program coordination
- Basic understanding of how government programs, pilots, or OTAs operate
- Experience supporting meetings, working groups, or events

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
- The Consortium Manager spends less time chasing information
- Vendors receive timely, consistent communication
- Leadership briefings are tighter, faster, and better informed
- Deadlines stop slipping because someone was “waiting on data”
- The consortium scales without operational chaos

Growth Path
High performers can grow into:
- Consortium Operations Lead
- Program Analyst or Program Manager
- Vendor Strategy or Market Intelligence roles

This role is a launchpad for people who execute well, think clearly, and want real responsibility early.
