THE WORK
Aegis Training Integration Lead will be responsible for developing innovative training solutions and recommendations to support emerging training requirements, provide technical liaison between OEM, product development teams and internal and external customers, support/attend technical meetings, develop specialized briefs, and develop and present training materials for Aegis and BMD.
The Integration Lead will drive the inclusion of new and existing training media into formal curriculum development efforts.
The Integration Lead will design, develop, and sustain the integration of Virtual Maintenance training solutions, video products, and other training aids for use in an Electronic Classroom environment. In addition, the Engineer will drive efficiency through the development, planning, and implementation of Artificial-Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) tools that enhance system performance, automate test processes, and support predictive maintenance capabilities.
Additional responsibilities include:
Develop and support integration of virtual maintenance training modules, video based content, and interactive training aids for the Electronic Classroom.
Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML techniques for workflow automation, test case generation, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to integrate AI models into existing training and maintenance pipelines.
International and Domestic travel (20%) may be required to support this role.
*US Citizenship is required. Candidate must have an active DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to start of position.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience on the Aegis Combat System. Specialized experience related to Aegis training systems and methodology, systems, subsystems, capabilities & limitations, organizations, challenges and risk drivers.
- Proven experience in multimedia integration, virtual training environments, or electronic classroom technologies.
-Specialized experience related to training, curriculum development, instructional design, scenario development, and training project management.
-Demonstrated ability to build and conduct presentations/briefings for senior US and FMS Navy officials.
-Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment/lead a team - "Energize the Team"
Desired Skills:
-Operational experience on a BMD capable Aegis platform.
-Master Training Specialist (MTS)
-Experience with JIRA, Agile workflow concepts.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
