Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings (i.e. blueprints)
• Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules and resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Oversee and manage daily activities of hardware fabrication technical staff to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Implement and manage quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of technical work and product output.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during project execution.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all technical staff.
