The Lockheed Martin Space Human Resources team is looking for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Theatre Strike Weapons Systems (TSWS) Mission Segment, an integral part of the Strategic & Missile Defense (SMD) line of business. This position will be based in Denver, Colorado at the Deer Creek Facility, and will support the TSWS Vice President Program Manager, and his Program organization.

The successful candidate will be a champion of Lockheed Martin's culture and values, consulting with business leaders on strategic initiatives, working with employees and cross-functional groups to solve complex organizational challenges, and be an integral part of the client's leadership team. This will require you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Programs business strategy, analyze data into actionable insights and develop innovative recommendations to solve short-term and long-term business opportunities and challenges to support and execute the Lockheed Martin Space Human Capital Strategy.

In this strategic HRBP role, we are seeking someone with a track record of excellent judgment, strategic thinking, influencing skills, and results orientation. Critical to this role are: the capability to gain the trust and respect of executive leadership and employees while pursuing positive organizational goals and objectives, existing or developing business acumen, and the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with other HR business partners and with the HR Centers of Excellence subject matter experts in delivering HR solutions in the following areas: Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management and Development, Predictive and Actionable HR Metrics. The successful candidate will utilize data driven insights to identify and develop holistic solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
• Prior HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting Executive level leaders and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects through full lifecycle (design, develop, implement) and deliver impactful results.
• Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust style as needed to develop effective relationships with all levels of leadership, employees and peers locally and virtually.
• Experience with data analysis to inform recommendations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Final Secret security clearance with ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start. US citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
• Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10 years of HR Business Partner experience, with a strong track record of driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• Executive presence and acumen, with the ability to think critically, strategically, and proactively about business challenges and opportunities.
• A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to partner with various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and functions to drive alignment and results.
• Influencing and decision-making skills, with the ability to build trust, credibility, and consensus with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Analytical skills and ability to present solutions to issues in a concise manner to varying levels of leadership.
• Experience with program start ups to include focus on staffing and workforce planning.
• HR Business Partner experience, with a strong track record of driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• Executive presence and acumen, with the ability to think critically and strategically about business challenges and opportunities.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
