Description:
You will be a Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager in the Orlando Software Engineering Department. This role is responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, code and unit test, and hardware/software integration and verification. The individual will develop embedded software in C++ and Linux operating system in an Agile environment using JIRA, Git and Confluence. The individual will need to apply appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the development lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a US citizen - this position requires a DoD Secret security clearance prior to start

- Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities while ensuring adherence to standards, processes, and tools.
- Lead recruitment, training, salary planning, and competency development; act as the technical conscience for the program.
