Program Manager

The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking Program Manager to lead delivery of a large-scale, mission-critical program supporting essential quality-of-life services for military members and their families. This role is responsible for program execution, personnel oversight, reporting, risk management, and ensuring contract performance across integrated outreach, digital services, and technical workstreams.

Responsibilities:
Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of the Task Order.
Oversee all contractor personnel supporting the Task Order, ensuring staffing, performance, and delivery expectations are met.
Lead program governance including weekly status meetings, risk/issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
Manage program reporting, metrics, deliverables, and internal/external communications.
Coordinate transition-in and transition-out planning to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.

Position Requirements:
Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
A minimum of seven years of experience managing military community support programs.
A minimum of five years of experience leading large teams in the delivery of user-centered digital solutions within military or Government sectors.

Education Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or other field related to work under this requirement.
