We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to serve as the primary authority and lead for a high-priority federal cybersecurity initiative. You will be responsible for the overall management, execution, and resource allocation of a program dedicated to maturing and integrating Zero Trust (ZT) architecture across a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight: Provide overall authority for task order management, ensuring all performance parameters, schedules, and reporting requirements are met.
Strategic Advisory: Deliver agnostic advice and recommendations for tactical Zero Trust improvements involving tools, processes, and training.
Team Leadership: Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all activities, including the management of subcontractors and internal staff assignments.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface with government leadership, facilitating weekly status meetings and delivering executive-level briefings.
Continuous Improvement: Focus on the integration of ZT solutions across multiple pillars (Identity, Devices, Networks, etc.) to accelerate organizational maturity.
Mandatory Qualifications
Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience managing complex cybersecurity projects or related IT initiatives.
Subject Matter Expertise: Proven ability to organize teams to successfully deliver Zero Trust capabilities.
Employment: This position requires direct employment by the Prime contractor.
