Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting policy to ensure uniform application of regulations and processes; 2) Utilizing word processing and database management to retrieve data and incorporate it into reports; 3) Utilizing correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization to complete documents; and 4) Receiving visitors and/or screening phone calls to determine the nature of requests to direct callers to the appropriate person or office. - You will issue visitor and vehicle entrance passes to authorized persons as directed by rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- You will greet persons entering building, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- You will compose security documentation for supervisor's signature which may include correspondence, reports, charts, messages, technical papers, or briefing presentations.
- You will respond verbally to inquiries for verification of security clearances recorded in security databases.
