Salary Range: $80-85/hr on w2
Active secret Clerance Required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor or Master of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in system engineering (e.g., Systems, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements, or Test)
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance or an active Top Secret clearance is highly desired
• Growing understanding of DoD and missile defense command and control, battle management, architectures, and communications system concepts
• Experience with verification of requirements
• Understanding of System Engineering and iterative product development using Agile practices
• Experience in developing capability assessments and related plans and procedures
• Experience in scripting and automated test development is a plus
• Experience using MATLAB, Python, JAVA, or similar language environment
• Demonstrated experience with systems analysis or performance analysis
• Experience modeling or simulating missile defense elements or systems in similar domains

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with industry partners in the development and execution of a comprehensive assessment program
• Evaluate systems under various scenarios and architectures to optimize overall system mission performance
• Perform analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture
• Develop and maintain analysis tools, including modeling and simulation tools
• Define, schedule, assign, and execute tasks related to integration and checkout activities
• Support subject matter experts for integration and test domains
• Utilize MBSE tools such as CAMEO or DOORS, System Architect, and mathematical modeling and simulation
• Drive the system engineering integration and test or system analysis approach
• Develop and deploy integration and test processes, tools, and metrics
• Execute and document integration and test activities and events
• Perform system analysis trade studies to define technical concepts and solutions
