As a fusion analyst, you can use your technical experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a GEOINT Analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand and implement the most efficient analytic strategies to acquire and understand the data they require. Using your understanding of various collection platform capabilities and applications, you will help your client develop effective information fusion strategies combining GEOINT with other sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, and MASINT, to develop comprehensive reporting that informs your client and provide them with actionable intelligence. You'll validate the information and apply imagery analysis tradecraft as you work to further refine collection strategies and analytic approaches to existing and emerging problem sets for targeteers, warfighters, senior policymakers, internal clients, and the US IC-wide stakeholders. As the authority in your tradecraft, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. You Have:

• Experience with adapting to real-time mission and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requests
• Knowledge of Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, or dissemination processes
• Ability to develop strategies and processes across multiple systems that ensure activities are accomplished in a manner to achieve mission objectives
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering 24/7 mission
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with GEOINT or mission management in operational environments, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with GEOINT or mission management in operational environments

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
