JOB SUMMARY:
The Data and Workflow Integration Analyst is a systems thinker who connects data, processes, and people to create cohesive, efficient operational ecosystems. This role designs and implements technical solutions that optimize business workflows, streamline system integrations, and expand data accessibility across the organization. Partnering with cross‑functional teams, the analyst develops integration and automation solutions by leveraging diverse data sources, scripting, and workflow logic to identify and execute meaningful improvements. The ideal candidate is equally adept at writing Python scripts, building Power Platform solutions, and mapping process flows with stakeholders.
This position is well‑suited for someone who excels at untangling complexity, identifying inefficiencies, and strengthening organizational connectivity through smarter systems and better data.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, build, and maintain data systems across SharePoint, MS SQL, and related platforms
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline tasks and optimize workflows
- Build and refine data models using DAX within the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
Map, analyze, and visualize business workflows to improve logic, reduce friction, and increase efficiency - Collaborate with departments requirements gathering and translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Lead and deliver small-to-mid-sized systems integration, data automation, and process optimization projects
- Maintain documentation standards and life cycle best practices to ensure transparency and audit readiness
- Prioritize multiple projects independently while ensuring communication with all stakeholders
- Perform other duties as necessary and required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in a technical analyst, systems integration, or business process automation roles
- 5+ years hands-on experience with relational databases, such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Power Shell and/or Python scripting for automation, data handling, or systems configuration
- Experience writing, maintaining, and adapting automation scripts for business workflow or data optimization
- Experience with Power Platform DAX language, or willingness to learn.
- Strong documentation skills for technical processes, SOPs, or audit-readiness artifacts
- Strong technical writing skills, including user-facing documentation and training materials
- Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Demonstrated success in cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder alignment
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution
- Strong analytical and solutions-engineering mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or a related field
- Experience designing or administering SharePoint, including hubs, page outlines, RBAC, and automation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or other visualization tools
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms, such as Power Automate or similar tools
- Certified in or proven experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, or similar)
- Previous experience supporting technical initiatives in a regulated, aerospace, defense, or federal contractor environments
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to traverse manufacturing facility when needed
