Mission Support Specialist performing Executive Admin functions needed for a long term contract opportunity with SOC's client to work on-site in McLean, VA.
Mission Support Specialist - Executive Administrative Assistant
Office administrative support, records, travellogistics, and visitor managementwithin a Directorate,Centeror Office (D/C/O).
Responsibilities:
·Responsible for the day-to-day internal operations ofa D/C/Ointhe agency.
·Provide administrative support, records, travellogistics, and visitor management.
·Provide broad operational support across multiple teamswithin a D/C/O, ensuring the smooth execution of routine administrative functions and adapting to evolving organizational priorities.
·Manage administrative workflows, coordinate schedules, track assignments, andfacilitatecommunication among internal and externalD/C/Ostakeholders to ensure effective operations.
·Maintain records,assistwith document preparation, and support logistical requirements, including meeting coordination, visitor arrangements, and travel planning.
·Monitor D/C/O task progression, provide status updates, and ensure the availability of administrative resources.
·Adapt to evolving organizationaland missionpriorities and provide responsive support to multiple teams.
Qualifications:
·ActiveTop SecretSCI Clearance andan ActiveCounterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
·Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' experience in a related role or an associate's degree in business administration or a similar fieldand a minimum offiveyears' experience.
·Fouradditionalyears' experience inlieu of a degree may be considered.
·Ability to interact and collaborate professionally,effectivelyand appropriately with senior-level government professionals and other executive staff.
·Excellentjudgment, ability to work with discretion.
·Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
·Prior experience managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, travelplansand visitors' arrangements.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·Proficiencywith various office and digital tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
