COLSA is seeking an experienced Project Lead to support Headquarters Army Materiel Command (AMC), This on-site role in Huntsville, AL will work closely with the AMC Operational Lead and program leadership to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of services while providing expert operational guidance to streamline processes, enhance program effectiveness, support cybersecurity-related requirements, and proactively resolve challenges in support of Army and HQ AMC leadership.

May require up to 10% travel in CONUS/OCONUS.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
  • Work closely with the AMC Operational Lead to lead and coordinate day-to-day operations in a high-visibility, fast-paced 4-Star command environment.
  • Help oversee and guide staff assigned to the task/project, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, resources, and facilities to meet mission requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction for the planning, development, integration, and sustainment of AMC systems and operations.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, program reviews, customer reports, and high-visibility data calls.
  • Assist with cyber-related program requirements by interpreting cybersecurity policy, procedures, and regulatory guidance related to IT/OT systems and Military Construction.
  • Help monitor and maintain systems & procedures to safeguard IT/OT systems, networks, and databases.
  • Review, prepare, and refine command-level documentation, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with AMC expectations.
  • Coordinate suspense tracking, staff action inputs, leadership packages, and other deliverables required in a 4-Star headquarters environment.
  • Serve as liaison between program teams, COLSA departments, customer organizations, and other external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Advise personnel on cybersecurity best-practice considerations for OT systems, bridging operational leadership and technical teams.
  • Support risk management, issue identification, and operational problem-solving in collaboration with the Program Manager.
  • May assist with program planning, financial tracking, and budget-related activities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects and ensures all deadlines and deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
  • Minimum of 10 + years of related experience
  • Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Experience with new Army construction sites through all project phases, mobilization, site preparation, construction, and occupancy layout
  • Experience with infrastructure optimization and risk mitigation
  • Experience with suspense tracking, staff action inputs, leadership packages, and other deliverables in an Army environment
  • Experience providing reviews, preparation, and refining of command-level documentation, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership
  • Strong proficiency in using desktop applications to include Sharepoint and Deltek

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree preferred
