Essential Duties of the Data Pipeline Technical Lead:
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale, real-time data pipelines that provide mission critical information.
- Accountable for all technical facets in the delivery of our data pipeline product.
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of our data pipeline product.
- Build and maintain microservices and data connectors that ingest, process, and distribute data across multiple systems and APIs.
- Provide mentorship to team members to strengthen their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
Qualifications of the Data Pipeline Technical Lead:
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience focused on data engineering or data pipeline solutions
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust Clearance.
Compensation for the Data Pipeline Technical Lead:
- $160,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)
- Hybrid flexibility
