Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a qualified Business Process Visualization Analyst. Responsible for analyzing, documenting, and visually representing business processes using Microsoft 365 (M365) applications. This role bridges business and technical teams by translating complex workflows into clear, actionable visual models that support process improvement, automation, and decision-making initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in M365 tools, particularly Power Platform, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams, and has a strong foundation in business process analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, process mapping, or workflow design
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including:
    • Visio
    • Power BI
    • SharePoint
    • Teams
    • PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital transformation or business process reengineering initiatives
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar process improvement frameworks
  • Experience supporting government, regulated, or large enterprise environments
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform, M365 Fundamentals, or Business Analyst-related certs)
  • Experience with automation, RPA, or workflow orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Federal Contracts / Contracting / Acquisitions
  • Familiarity or Work Experience with Veterans Health Administration

Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis and Documentation
  • Analyze current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) business processes across functional areas
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit process requirements and pain points
  • Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization or automation
  • Maintain standardized process documentation and governance artifacts

Process Visualization and Modeling
  • Develop clear, accurate, and visually compelling process diagrams (e.g., BPMN, swimlane diagrams, value streams)
  • Create process maps using M365 tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Whiteboard
  • Design interactive process visualizations and dashboards using Power BI
  • Ensure visual artifacts are aligned with organizational standards and accessible to non-technical audiences

M365 and Power Platform Enablement
  • Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to support process visualization and improvement initiatives
  • Integrate process documentation with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for collaboration and version control
  • Support low-code/no-code automation efforts by providing process insights and visual logic
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate process models into automated workflows

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and leadership
  • Present process findings and visualizations to stakeholders at varying levels
  • Support change management efforts by developing user-friendly visual materials and guidance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
