Description

SSI is seeking Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) Logistics Administrative Support to join our team on a Navy contract in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will be providing support for a program with over 10,000+ radios at 18 Navy installations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide superior logistics, administrative and customer service to internal and external clients by maintaining inventory of local and remote computer systems.
• Review, compare and analyze data in support of technical, operational and budgetary goals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for incoming data support requests.
• Deliver logistical support, and asset management of ELMR systems.
• Coordinate the inventory, storage and distribution of radios.
• Escalate issues to Advanced Services and the Management team as appropriate.
• Report updates, discrepancies, outages or issues to management.
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Clearance: Secret
• 1-3 years' experience in administrative or logistics support, preferably in related military, equipment or radio industry.
• Understanding of Motorola based ELMR radios, upgrades, maintenance schedules and inventory.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Remedy Ticketing Systems
• Excellent team skills must be thorough, must have excellent communications skills, written and verbal
