Position Summary
The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) Information System Security Manager (ISSM) provides cybersecurity leadership and program oversight for Civil Engineer (CE)-owned FRCS and the associated Civil Engineer Community of Interest Network Enclave (COINE/COIN). The ISSM serves as the primary authority for RMF execution, ATO strategy, continuous monitoring, and risk posture reporting across assigned installations or enclaves. The ISSM partners with local Civil Engineer Squadrons (CES), Communications Squadrons, system owners, and AFCEC stakeholders to ensure FRCS cybersecurity compliance, authorization success, and sustained operational security posture.
