Description:What You Will Be Doing
The Project Management & Planning Operations Sr reports directly to the Site Integration & Facilities Manager and serves as a pivotal liaison for multiple portfolios, including Facilities Maintenance and Engineering, Base & Flight Operations, and the Fuel Farm. In this role, the incumbent will interface frequently with external vendors that support critical site infrastructure and will work cooperatively with cross-functional groups such as Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH), Quality, Production & Sustainment Operations, Program Office and other support organizations. Vendor coordination and management are essential, with a focus on sourcing and overseeing vendors required for repairs of high-priority equipment-such as the Seal Bond Oven-and handling logistics for vendor arrivals, visitor badge processing, and related on-site activities. The role also encompasses the design, collection, and presentation of KPI dashboards, serving as the focal point for tracking LMBuildings metrics and delivering actionable insights to leadership. Additionally, the incumbent will act as the Site Integration OBEYA Room Coordinator, facilitating visual-management sessions with senior leaders, maintaining up-to-date visual boards that display strategic initiative status, milestones, risks, and owners, and tracking tactical items such as daily and weekly action items, backlog, and resource constraints. Real-time updates of all relevant data-including metrics, Review of Boards (ROB) updates, and training compliance-must be ensured to support senior leadership decision-making. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project-management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment while delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes across the site's core operational areas.

Basic Qualifications:
Project management or operations planning experience within a complex, high-risk environment - ideally within aerospace, defense, or a large industrial facility.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working in a Team Environment.
Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills:
Experience with visual-management methodologies such as OBEYA.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Lean-Six-Sigma Green Belt or PMP Certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Prior leadership of cross-functional teams that span ESH, Quality, Production, or Sustainment Operations, with ability to influence without direct authority.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
