Description:Program Management Senior Manager
The Program Management Senior Manager will represent the LM Aero IFG T-50 Program as the primary point of contact with U.S. and international customers, partners, and subcontractors. This role provides comprehensive program leadership and oversight to ensure customer requirements are executed in alignment with approved strategies, commitments, and contractual objectives, including 100% on-time delivery of program end items.
The Senior Manager will provide strategic direction for the T-50 Program, overseeing program execution, financial performance, staffing, and risk management. This position requires proactive leadership to drive affordability, operational excellence, and sound business decisions while fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary interface with U.S. and international customers, foreign government representatives, partners, and subcontractor leadership.
Provide strategic program direction and oversight for the T-50 Program, ensuring execution aligns with business strategy, customer commitments, and contractual requirements.
Lead and oversee Lockheed Martin team performance, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Manage program financials and staffing cost elements to achieve performance targets and affordability objectives.
Drive proactive engagement across the Lockheed Martin team to ensure disciplined program execution and continuous improvement.
Advise, influence, and guide staffing decisions to develop innovative solutions and support sound business outcomes.
Demonstrate strong leadership through effective communication, timely feedback, and consistent support to management and program teams.
Model Lockheed Martin Critical Behaviors, foster a positive and collaborative team environment, and promote open communication across all stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent related experience
Program and business management experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Experience communicating and working with foreign nationals
Business strategy and financial analysis experience supporting capture efforts and program execution
Active Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, providing program and business management direction across Lockheed Martin teams and external partners/subcontractors.
Proven experience interfacing with U.S. and foreign government customers, partner and subcontractor leadership at all levels, and LM Aero senior management.
Experience managing program budgets, with working knowledge of foreign taxes, customs, and import/export regulations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change management initiatives, including execution of "what-if" analyses and trade studies to support sound business decisions.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
